CO-CHAIR
COLLEEN MOOREHEAD
Colleen is widely recognized as a respected business leader with senior management experience in financial services, technology, business, and web-based services. She currently is the Chair of Dye & Durham (DND-T), an Operating Advisor for VERTU Capital, on the Board of Advisors for iNovia and mentor for CDL-Scale Up. She was most recently Osler’s Chief Client Officer and Special Advisor to the firm, retiring from Osler in February 2024.
Her not-for-profit roles include Co-Chair of Capital Campaign for Kids Help Phone, Toronto ArtsHub (formerly Artscape), Women’s College Hospital Foundation (past director), as well as a number of other well-known arts and community services organizations.
As a trailblazer and mobilizer, Colleen’s efforts to support, mentor and advance women throughout her 30-year career have contributed to meaningful organizational changes for Canadian companies and women in business.
Colleen is also co-founder and current business director of the Judy Project at the University of Toronto’s Joseph L. Rotman School of Management – a leadership forum designed to empower and prepare women to take on executive leadership positions. Since its launch in 2003, the Judy Project has supported the ascent of more than 400 women into C-suite positions.
Over the course of her career, Colleen has been recognized and honoured with several awards including the CVCA Ted Anderson Community Leadership Award in 2024, the Women of Distinction Award for 2020 and 2021 by YWCA Toronto, and the 2021 Trailblazer Award by the Women’s College Hospital Foundation.
CO-CHAIR
ROSEMARIE DAVIS
Rosemarie Davis is a distinguished lawyer and trusted advisor with over 20 years of legal experience in the areas of litigation, regulatory risk and compliance and corporate governance. She is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President, Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer at an international reinsurance company.
Prior to her current position, Rosemarie served as a Compliance Manager at a national insurance company, where she played a pivotal role in establishing the Black and People of Colour Employee Resource Group, showcasing her dedication to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Rosemarie also served as Legal Consultant for a global executive car service startup, where she provided legal and compliance advice. Additionally, she served as in-house counsel at another major national insurance company, specializing in complex civil litigation.
In 2015, Rosemarie received well-deserved recognition when she was named one of “Canada’s Top 100 Black Women to Watch” by Canada International Black Women Excellence. This honour reflects her outstanding contributions and leadership in her field.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Rosemarie is committed to giving back to her community. She sat on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers, and she currently sits on the Board of Directors of The Prosperity Project. She is also an active volunteer at Campfire Circle, dedicated to supporting children and families affected by cancer. Rosemarie shares her passion for fitness by teaching Alpha Conditioning classes at her favourite local gym and pursuing her own fitness journey in bodybuilding.

HANIA AMAD
Hania is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and is a firm believer that these pillars are paramount to an organization’s success.
Hania 20+ career extends across multiple industries with focus on business strategies, organizational development, operations, information technology, cyber and risk. Hania spent 10 years of her career in aerospace, working with Nasa, the Canadian Space Agency, and astronauts on the robotic arm (Canadarm) - Canada’s contribution to the Canadian Space Station program. Hania recently joined Manulife’s head office focusing on ensuring that the technology is delivered securely, and in a timely and reliable manner to employees and customers through effective risk and cyber management strategies.
Hania loves to travel, try international cuisine, listen to music, and spend time with her two sons and dog.
LORI HELLER
Lori began her career on Bay Street working in Syndication & Debt Capital Markets at CIBC World Markets and eventually moved into event marketing, sponsorships and donations. With the knowledge and experience under her belt, she decided to launch her own Event Management Company in 1998. Nearly 25 years later, Heller Productions has raised the bar in the events industry and has gained a reputation as one of Canada’s finest event boutique companies. Heller Productions has created and produced events for David Foster Foundation, Grand Cru Culinary Wine Festival, Vinifera Wine Lovers’ Gala, President’s Cup and countless charity events, corporate events, golf tournaments, conferences, award galas, and incentive trips around the world.
Lori is also a founder of The Rosé Picnic, which was created in 2017 and has become one of the hottest summer festivals in Toronto. Lori embodies a perfect blend of creative thinking, personal, service and attention to detail.
ELIZABETH FANJOY
Elizabeth is the Vice-President & Associate General Counsel, Personal Banking for CIBC. In this capacity she leads the legal team that advises CIBC Personal Banking on strategic initiatives including payments and innovation, She is currently a director of Women’s College Hospital Foundation and former Co-Chair of Women for Women’s. Her experience and exposure to Women’s has led her to become a passionate advocate for health equity and inclusion and ensuring that women’s issues are viewed as relevant to all. She was a Fox Scholar and qualified as a solicitor in the UK.
In 2018, Elizabeth was a recipient of the Lexpert Zenith Award for Mid-Career Excellence. She is a past director of the George Hull Centre for Children and Families; a past director of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers and a past director of Women General Counsel Canada. Elizabeth has a history of local community involvement with various volunteer initiatives over the years.
KATIE McGARRY
Katie is the leader of our Digital Asset Audit Practice of KPMG Canada and is also a partner in the Financial Services audit practice in Toronto. She has almost 20 years of experience in public practice serving both public, multi-national and private financial services clients. She is passionate about mentoring women both professionally as well in the community. She founded the KPMG Toronto office’s KPMG Network of Women, launched a strategy to increase the number of female partners which included a leadership development program, a peer component and an inspirational International Women’s Day event for clients.
Having been a patient at Women’s College Hospital, she has witnessed firsthand the excellence in patient care delivered at the hospital. Katie has volunteered for WCHF since 2015 beginning with the neWCHapter committee where she served as treasurer and then co-chair of the committee for 3 years. In 2019 Katie was invited to join the Women for Women’s Committee where she has contributed to the leadership and fundraising for the event.
PAUL MELVILLE-GRAY
Paul Melville-Gray is the President at Boss Print + Creative Services, and has been a long-time friend and supporter of Women’s College Hospital. He sits on the board of the Women’s College Hospital Foundation, the WCHF Development Committee, and has been a member of the Women for Women’s Committee for over five years.
Paul is a great supporter of many charitable organizations in Toronto, including Human Rights Watch Toronto, Pride and Remembrance Run Toronto, as well as the Metro Community Church.
JENN OCAMPO-KING
Jenn is a Managing Director on the Prime Brokerage desk for TD Securities’ Equities business, responsible for leading the Securities Lending team.
Jenn co-chairs the Women in Leadership Grassroots ERG for TD Securities and the annual TD Securities Underwriting Hope for Charity Auction that raises millions each year. Jenn has received several accolades for her leadership and volunteerism, including: the 2019 Women in Capital Markets Champion of Change award; the 2016 Catalyst Canada Emerging Leader award; the 2015 TD Vision in Action award; and the 2014 Women in Capital Markets Rising Star award. As an active member of the community, Jenn has been involved with the board of Eva’s Initiatives homeless youth shelter and served on their Resource Development and Capital Campaign committee. She is the current co-chair of the TD Securities Underwriting Hope Campaign. Currently, Jenn sits on the committee for 100 Women in Finance’s Toronto Chapter and the board of the Women’s College Hospital Foundation.
Jenn is a mother to a young daughter and enjoys playing golf with her husband in her spare time.
MELINDA MACHADO
Melinda Machado is currently the VP of Funding at Element Fleet Management where she leads the strategic financing and treasury initiatives of the organization. She is seasoned financing and risk management professional with over 15 years of experience across various industries.
CAROLINE GAYLE
Caroline Gayle is the Canadian Technology Financial Services Managing Director Lead with responsibilities for Systems Integration and Outsourcing. Caroline has over 20 years of progressive experience leading large-scale, complex, business and IT transformation engagements and solutions in the Financial Services, Health and Public Sector Industries. Over her career, she has focused on building and sustaining relationships with clients as a trusted leader and partner throughout their business and technology transformation journey. Her genuine, authentic, and transparent approach has been critical to being a valued advisor to the organizations she works with daily. Caroline sits on the boards of the Women’s College Hospital Foundation, the World Education Services (WES) and the Wealthsimple Foundation. She also sits on the Black Experience Advisory Council for the Hospital for Sick Kids.
Caroline is also the recipient of many awards including the 2023 Catalyst Honors Champion - Business Leader Award, the 2019 Women in Communications and Technology (WCT) Mentorship Award, Toronto Women’s Advocacy Award and numerous Accenture awards.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling with her family while discovering new faraway lands, finding incredible places to hike in any weather, cooking and tasting wonderful foods from around the world, volunteering with amazing organizations and mentoring our up-and-coming leaders of the future.
FARNAZ SHAHED
Farnaz Shahed is a Director on the Institutional & Wealth Derivatives Sales team at RBC Capital Markets. Farnaz has over 15 years of experience working across Corporate, Wealth and Institutional Derivatives businesses in a structuring and sales capacity. She has co-chaired RWomen, RBC’s ERG for women employees, is a Senior Advisor on RBC CM’s Women’s Advisory Program for early talent acquisition and is a mentor on RBC CM’s Beacon initiative for Black employees. She is also on the investment committee of Prospera, which is an international network of Women’s Funds. Farnaz is an engineer by background and holds a MBA from Queen’s University.
STEPHANIE SAULL-McCAIG
Stephanie has nearly 20 years of experience leading large-scale healthcare technology projects and programs, specializing in clinical change management, strategic planning, and program management. She has since transitioned from her leadership roles at University Health Network in Toronto, where she focused on digital health initiatives.
In recent years, Stephanie returned to school to pursue her passion for nutrition and wellness, while also cherishing time with her three children. She is enthusiastic about fitness and enjoys playing squash, skiing, and going on road cycling trips with her husband and friends. Stephanie holds a business degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
GEORGETA IACOBELLI
Georgeta Iacobelli is an Executive Director at CIBC World Markets. She joined the CIBC team in 2018 with the primary focus on distributing fixed income product to institutional investors. Georgeta has over 18 years of experience in Capital Markets in various roles including loan syndication, credit origination and debt syndication. She is a recipient of the WCM Emerging Leaders award and a WCM Mentor. Georgeta is passionate about helping young professionals and currently leads the Sales & Trading Graduate Development Program for CIBC.
